This document presents the functional and technical program, the development studies, as well as the business plan related to the first phase of the Ben Guerdane Free Zone for Commercial and Logistic Activities (ZFACL) in the Republic of Tunisia. This strategic project aims to create a regional hub for trade, services, and logistics in the country’s southeastern border area, with the goal of boosting the local economy, stimulating cross-border trade, and enhancing the territory’s attractiveness.

The study covers several essential aspects for the project’s implementation, including spatial planning, the functional organization of the zone, technical requirements, and the economic and financial projections necessary for its success.
