The Tunisian Trade Office (OCT) is launching a call for applications for the appointment of designers responsible for carrying out architectural and engineering services related to the studies and supervision of works for the construction project of a storage and distribution center for essential goods. The project will be carried out on a plot of land located in the Kastilia industrial zone, under the Degache delegation, Governorate of Tozeur, in accordance with the regulations in force applicable to civil buildings.

The services covered by this call for applications are those provided for under Decree No. 78-71 of January 26, 1978, regulating architectural and engineering missions carried out by private-law service providers for the construction of civil buildings. They are divided into five (5) distinct technical lots:

• Lot No. 1: Architecture
• Lot No. 2: Structural Engineering
• Lot No. 3: Roads and Utilities (VRD)
• Lot No. 4: Electricity, fire detection, and hazard studies;
• Lot No. 5: Building services (sanitary plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and fire protection).
