The Tunisian Trade Office (OCT) intends to launch a call for applications to invite qualified designers to submit their files for registration on the official list of designers. This list will allow selection by direct appointment for the preparation of studies and supervision of civil building projects under the OCT during the year 2026, with projects costing no more than three million dinars. This procedure is carried out in accordance with the decree of the Minister of Equipment and Housing dated January 31, 2024, establishing the procedures and criteria for the appointment of designers for the execution of civil building projects.
